Growth pact is for you if…
A leadership development and accountability community where small business owners and professionals can come together from across the globe — not just to read great books — but to actually use them as a background for interactive, practical application to rethink how we work and live guided by professional facilitator coaches.
What Is It
We created this because it’s something that we were craving and couldn’t find.
It’s important to read about all the topics related to this work we do everyday, to stay relevant and up to date, no matter what role or sector- and it’s also hard to find the time on top of all the day to day, balancing hobbies, relationships and running things at home.
It can feel lonely.
It can feel overwhelming.
Or just tough to stay motivated.
So, since we have the skill sets, the drive and the passion, we wanted to make it easy for others and (selfishly) create this space we need too.
When we do it together and with others, it’s been more fun, more insightful and we’ve been exposed to ideas we otherwise wouldn’t.
We hope you’ll join us.
Why We Created It
Our First Two Books
Be More Pirate challenges you to rip up the rulebook and lead with courage. Drawing on the radical spirit of history’s most daring rebels, it shows how to break free from outdated systems, rewrite the rules, and build something bolder. It’s a manifesto for leaders ready to shake things up.
Four Thousand Weeks is a reminder that time is finite—and that true leadership means focusing on what matters most. Instead of chasing endless productivity, it invites you to slow down, make deliberate choices, and lead with clarity and perspective. A reflective guide for building meaningful impact.
Gathering will be held exclusively on Zoom.
At the close of the pilot, we will welcome your feedback on other portals you may suggest or that will have explored.
