You want to enhance your own learning
You often neglect your needs at the expense of your own health and development
You find yourself purchasing development courses, leadership books and pinning articles but never seem to find the time to explore them nor fully implement the learning
You like really fun, thoughtful people
Any of the following are your top values: Accountability, curiosity, brain health
You crave community
You’re willing to invest resources (time, financial, energy) in value
Growth pact is for you if…
A leadership development and accountability community where owners, senior leaders and professionals can come together from across the globe — not just to read great text — but to actually use the ideas mentioned as a background for interactive, practical application and rethink how we work and live today, all while guided by professional facilitator - coaches.
What Is It
We created this offering because it’s something that we were craving and couldn’t find.
It’s important to read about all the topics related to this work we do everyday, to stay relevant and up to date, no matter what role or sector- and it’s also hard to find the time on top of all the day to day you must attend to as a leader, balance hobbies, relationships, and running things at home.
It can feel lonely.
It can feel overwhelming.
Or just tough to stay motivated with a full plate and being pulled in many directions.
Since we have the skill sets, the drive and the passion, we wanted to make it easy for others and create this space we need too.
Participants have especially appreciated that doing this work together, in such a globally diverse community has been more fun, led to deeper insights and exposure to people they would never have otherwise met.
We hope you’ll join us, or at the very least, reach out to discuss if this is the right fit for you!
Why We Created It
Our First Two Books
You might think the key to innovation is attracting exceptional creative talent. Or making the right investments. Or breaking down organizational silos. All of these things may help but there’s only one way to ensure sustained innovation: you need to lead it and with a special kind of leadership. Collective Genius shows you how..
We say we want community. Successful teams. High-performing colleagues and workplaces. Dynamic friend groups. Yet many of us don’t understand the crucial element we need to forge long-lasting communities in our lives: healthy conflict.
The Art of Fighting explains that we can’t form and grow effective relationships without a fight. She rejects the idea that conflict is abnormal or that good groups don’t fight. All groups change and evolve; indeed, it’s because people disagree that good groups flourish.
This book does not even release until September, but you can join the waitlist now (we already have) and join Priya Parker’s Substack community to get a better sense of her work.
Gathering will be held exclusively on Zoom.
At the close of the pilot, we will welcome your feedback on other portals you may suggest or that will have explored.
